We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AT EYEGAZE
You can disable some of the data collection by going to the Eyegaze Edge Settings > Advanced > Remote Logging and selecting the “Off” button. If you choose to opt-out, you have the right not to be treated in a discriminatory way or to receive a lesser degree of service from Eyegaze. Eyegaze does not sell your data. Eyegaze may share your data with third parties to perform certain tasks or provide services. Eyegaze does not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

PERSONAL DATA EYEGAZE COLLECTS FROM YOU
Personal Information provided by you: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, leave comments, upload images, participate in activities on the website or otherwise contact us.

Information automatically collected: Some information such as your internet protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics is collected automatically when you visit our website.

Cookies and other technologies: Cookies and other technologies help us better understand how people have used our website, which parts they have visited and facilitate the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches.

Device Information: Data from which your Eyegaze product could be identified such as your product serial number.

Provide better support: Eyegaze uses your personal data necessary to provide you with the requested information, services, and best product and support, which may include personal data collected for data analysis, or troubleshooting. For example, if you experience a device crash, information about the crash helps us identify the source of the crash and fix it. OR For example, we collect data on program usage to improve its quality and make it more usable for you. Eyegaze retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
